Each cup is crafted to highlight the unique profiles of coffee beans sourced from around the globe, with prices starting from just ₫50,000. Whether you choose the smooth and floral notes of an Ethiopian blend or the rich, chocolatey undertones of a Brazilian bean, you are guaranteed a delicious revelation with each sip.

For those who adore cold coffee, the Third Wave coldbrew is a must-try. With its refreshing low acidity and hints of dried fruit and berry flavors, it’s an invigorating choice, available in both single and double shots, starting at only ₫35,000. Or, let your tastebuds adventure into the unique territory of Coldbranib, a refreshing coldbrew integrating Brazilian beans with a delightful twist of cacao nib bitterness—a treat for your palate that’s as playful as it is sophisticated.

Additionally, if you're in the mood for something fruity, their smoothie options, including the Cobama that blends coconut milk with banana and mango, are delightful and refreshing choices, each priced at ₫55,000.

But don’t take our word for it; customers rave about their experiences at Third Wave Roastery. Cindy Marie notes the “great value of money and service” as she enjoyed both the coffee and banana smoothie, while Kevin Blake praises it as the “Michelin 5 star of coffee houses” without the pretentious atmosphere. Planned to go to this place thinking to buy traditional local coffee powder but was they’re not selling as much as shops in Old Quarter. So we ended just having coffee and banana smoothie. Wasn’t that disappointed though coz the coffee and smoothie absolutely great taste. Great value of money and service on this coffee shop. Very cozy and great ambience. Will recommend to visit when you’re around the area.

Ok. So you’re in LOVE with coffee and tired of the “big stores “ standard stuff made for the masses. I’m talking to YOU. THIS coffee place was made for you bc you’ve been looking for the Michelin 5 star of coffee houses. Wait- the best part is coming… it’s like drinking champagne at crappy beer prices! These guys know what they are doing and their place is COOL too. No high brow attitude just nice people serving wonderful coffee at very reasonable prices. It’s tucked into the side of a group of old buildings so don’t drive by or you’ll miss a real opportunity to enjoy some great advice and flavors.

A little coffee shop on Yet Kieu street. Cozy, gentle and caring space.Especially focus on original things, original and specialty coffee. There are always 5-6 options for handbrew and has decaf. It feels like it was born for coffee lovers.

Friendly staff and a nice environment make this cafe a great little gem in Hanoi for those looking for 'third wave' coffee. They offer a range of coffees while also doing the classics (lattes for example) really well. If you're looking for a quick coffee escape from the hustle and bustle of Hanoi, this is definitely the place to be. Note: this place only accepts cash and it does get quite busy so it may be difficult to find seating but staff are helpful and welcoming!

Excellent coffee and friendly staff. Staff could speak English and had expert knowledge in coffee and brewing techniques. Great selection of arabica, robustas, and blends that can be served in pour overs and espresso beverages. Outstanding water quality to bring out the best of the coffee.
